Caravan Rentals

We’ve listed our FAQs below to help, if you have a question that isn’t answered below, then please don’t hestiate to contact us on the “contact us” button below. 

What is the Deposit? 

Deposits are £50.00 per caravan and this is deducted from your final balance. 

What payments methods do you accept? 

We use Stripe to handle all our payments which allows you to pay on a credit/debit card of your choice and we now accept Klarna. We can also accept payment by Bank Transfer to our business bank account. 

When is the final balance due? 

The final balance on bookings is due 8 weeks before your stay. At the time of booking you will pay a £50.00 deposit. After you book you can manage your booking and make payments when ever you like via your Online Account. Just a reminder all balances must be fully paid off 8 weeks before Arrival. Please note if you book within 8 weeks of your stay, the full amount will be due at time of booking. The refundable damage bond (if applicable) and booking fee will be taken with the remaining balance payment. 

Do Caravan Rentals own the caravans? 

Caravan Rentals do not own the caravans on our platform, they are owned by owners who advertise on our site to take bookings. Caravan Rentals is a booking platform and management company. 

When will I receive my check in information? 

Check in information is sent directly from the owner to the guests. This is usually sent nearer to your booking but if you have not received details the day before your stay then please do get in touch with us.

I am staying in a caravan and have a query, who do I contact?

If you have an issue during your stay, then please get in touch with the owner directly who will help. 

Are your caravans pet friendly? 

We have a mix of pet friendly and none pet friendly caravans. Caravans that accept pets will have it stated on their listing. 

What do I do if I need to cancel my booking?

We understand that plans sometimes change, if you need to cancel your booking then please use your Online Account, the cancellation policy is set out in our booking T&Cs. 

Is bedding provided?

Some caravans provide bedding and some don’t, please check the listing which will detail specific Caravan features. 

I’m an owner and would like to sign up?

Great to hear you would love to join us. Please register for a account with us, once approved you will be able to list your first Caravan with us.
